Clear gold yellow beer, creamy dense off-white head, pretty stable, very adhesive. Aroma: very floral, sweet, ripe fruits, peaches, pears, some summer melon, more floral notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: gentle bitterness, pretty sweet, a hint of honey, malty, more sweet caramel malts, a little grassy. Aftertaste: some gentle acidity, grassy hops, grains, malty, hay, some cow fodder, good dry and bitter finish.
