On September 5, 2011 was the date of the second officer Busker’s brew at Birra del Borgo. The recipe developed to create the fabulous Dave!
Dave is an orange-colored beer, 6.4% of grades obtained by the combination of malts, and many hops, put in all brew steps!
With this technique and the combination with a special yeast we got a special perfume at nose. Apricot, pineapple, mango coconut a final light on the palate: a basket of fruit!
Elegant and balanced, never intrusive. All around, there is the hops! Slight bitterness that balances the fruit, a touch spicy and bitter give the final and complete Dave.
As usual, for the label we rely on our trusted artist, Felideus, he has created for us, Dave.
Il 5 Settembre 2011 è stata la data della seconda cotta ufficiale Buskers in quel di Borgorose, presso Birra del Borgo. La ricetta messa a punto per creare la favolosa Dave!
Dave è una birra color arancio, di 6,4% gradi ottenuta dalla combinazione di diversi malti, e moltissimi luppoli, messi in TUTTE le fasi della cotta.
Con questa tecnica e la combinazione con un lievito speciale abbiamo ottenuto un profumo Davestante. Albicocca, ananas, mango un finale leggero di cocco sul palato: un cesto di frutta praticamente.
Raffinato ed equilibrato, mai invadente. A contorno di tutto c’è il luppolo! Amaro leggero che equilibra la frutta, dona un tocco speziato ed amaro sul finale e completa Dave. Bottiglie disponibili nei soliti posti da lunedì 24 Ottobre.
Per quanto riguarda l’etichetta ci siamo affidati al nostro artista di fiducia, Felideus, che ha creato per noi Dave.

Oro carico bella schiuma persistente agrumata citrica fruttata scorza agrume buona beva discreto amaro piuttosto secca finale un po corto

22/10/2011 La Tana (tap). Arancia carica, abbastanza limpida, bella schiuma bianca leggermente crespa e ricca di bolle, molto persistente. Aroma intensissimo e gradevolissimo, un bel bouquet di frutta (pesca, albicocca, frutta esotica, cocco). In bocca è ben bilanciata, malto, lievito, luppolo, frutta, con un bell’amaro intenso e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione generosa. Wow!
