02/04/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Ambrata carica, molto limpida, schiuma bianco sporca con venature giallognole, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori netti di malto, caramello, note fruttate ed erbacee. In bocca è dolciastra, note di caramello e amaro non troppo spinto, diacetile un po’ eccessivo. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Non è malaccio, ma andrebbe rifinita.
