Bottle from Saucy Pears, Worcester, consumed at home Friday 23rd January 2015 Pours brown with light beige head. A bit malty, I think I can pick up a bit of maple, there is certainly a little vein of sweetness. Some might pick up a twiggy edge, and I would say its not totally my thing but then again I don’t dislike it. Its fine, bit thin and watery but had worse. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is sweet malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a sticky toffee resin hop bitter palate. Mediun bodied with soft carbonation.
