Bottle, thanks daniele. Cloudy golden bright color with a high white foam. Nose: yeasty, pretty much this yeasty crumb/pastry aroma leaving a small room to floral and citric. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, sweet pastry and some citrus.

bottle bb12/18 dorata velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente lievito autolisi mollto fastidioso copre tutto lieve citrico lupplato note fruttate ma il lievito non fa sentire altro
