Brewed in collaboration with Nicholson’s pub managers, this 4.2% blonde beer uses a massive charge of First Gold hops. The hops were picked, left undried (or "green") and brewed within 24 hours, resulting in a beer with a unique hop flavour that can only be achieved once a year.
Moor Envy is even greener, as it is unfined, and will retain a natural yeast and hop haze, and even has a slightly green tinge to the colour!

Cask (Dancing Man, Southampton) - Golden ewith a slight haze. Grass, floral hops and some hints of citrus in the aroma. Refreshing and grassy taste with floral hops and notes of orange peel combining to good effect.

Tap at the bottle shop bermondsey. Translucent golden straw coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is delicate floral honey, light pine, faint citrus hop. Flavour is composed of really light grains, chalky, light grains, light pithy citrus hop. Palate is light, little thin, chalky, highish carbonation. Very dry finish. OK.
