On tap deepgolden hazy good head fruity malty medium bitterness melon tangerin finish ambrato scarico buona schiuma buona persistenza piacevole fruttato buona maltatura lieve cracker amaro medio melone un po’ mandarino finale

Tap at Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. Clear golden pour, medium off-white head with good retention. Nose is quite characterized by the yeast imo, pastry, almond pastry, crumb. Mouth: a bit sweet, mild honey notes, watery. No flaws but this style requires rusticity imo. Tasty anyway. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
