On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Ambrata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori maltati, biscotto, erba tagliata, mela matura, note terrose. In bocca è abbastanza ben bilanciata, attacco maltato deciso con finale amaro contenuto. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Non male nel complesso, ma un po’ pasticciata. Still not my cup of tea.
