bottle bb 30/10/18 thanks alberto deep golden cloudy almost flat brett wood vinous dry bit acidity citric oro carico torbida quasi piatta filo bretta legno tocco vinoso secca finale amarotannico un filo di acidita citrica

0,75 bottle courtesy of Valerio (grazie Valè), at Buskers in Rome-Italy. Golden pour a bit hazier than the regular one, minimal gassy head with little retention. Nose is wild vinous with a round note of strawberries. Mouth: clean and easy going with the firm character got from the wood where it has rested. Very tasty
