Cask at the Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear light amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is zesty hop citrus, light malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with an earthy mineral malt, light citrus palate and long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ The Raven, Wigan. Light gold coloured ale with a thin head. It is sour hopped with a light malt aroma and taste. Has a medium to high bitterness.
