Аромат яблочек вроде, а вот на вкус реально сильно ощущается хмель, прям сухость такая от него, яблоки при этом не уходят. Но совместимо ли это в принципе? Вопрос.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of raw apple core, citric apple skins, and some wild yeast. Flavour has lots of apple core, wild yeast, and a touch of apple skins. Wild yeast, apple core finish. Good, especially for such a strange concept.
