Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours murky gold with a white head. Light musty plums and old wood on the nose. Flavour has tart, musty plums, old wood, mildew. Awesome

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of floral notes, tart plums, and gentle wild yeast. Flavour is dry, tart and fruity, with plenty of tart plums, oak, and some wild yeast. Very dry, oaky, and tart. Good.
