Symbiosis of summerfruits and lambic. We used organic raspberries from Eikemaheert, cherries from Oudebosch and peaches from the local market into a refreshing and balanced blend of lambic and fruit.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright pinkish red with a tint white head. Aroma has soft raspberries, peach skins, hay, and some baker’s yeast. Flavour is very dry, with lots of baker’s yeast, tart peaches, a touch of raspberry skins, and hay. Dry and lacking depth. Meh.
