Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is spicy ginger. The flavour is light bitter with a big ginger, battered sausage, spicy palate. Yes indeed, the battered sausage came shining through. It really tasted like the spicy battered sausage from my local chippy! Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
