The Prodigal Haze Part IX continues our exploration of intense hop character, combining Citra and Eggers Special hops with Paradisi and Peacharine for an extraordinary flavor journey. Brewed with a focus on cool whirlpool temperatures and massive whirlpool additions, this iteration brings forth aromas of passionfruit, dark berries, and bright citrus. Pouring a pale yellow color, akin to Part VIII, this hazy beauty is a feast for the eyes and palate. Following a vigorous pour, electric notes of Limeade, passionfruit sorbet, and sweet stone fruit evolve over Paradisi’s vanilla-like florality. Our house yeast’s creamy qualities meld with these tropical aromas, blurring the line between a Triple IPA and fresh, sweet smoothies!
