Bottle, 75cl, at Kristiansand Matfestival. Refreshing, not too alcoholic. Apple, hints of alcohol, tannins. Nice. 747414 250710

Kristiansand Matfestival. Golden color . Aroma and flavor is apple, whiskey, sourness, wood, alcohol. Nice.

Bottle @ Qvarteret. Clear, pale golden body with practically no head. Mild aroma, apple, light wood and a faint hint of Aquavit. Taste is light and mild with a mild taste of apple, smooth wood impression and balancing impact from barrel alcohol. Probably some aquavit involved here but not to obvious. Soft and easy going, quite smooth and actually a lot better than the non barrel version (from tap at least.)
