After brewing this beer, we realized that the Gose style is an excellent base for a non-alcoholic version. Its typical saltiness/minerality provides a feeling of fullness, and together with its acidity, helps reduce the wort-like taste often found in non-alcoholic beers. For extra flavor richness, we added resinous rosemary and juicy blood orange. Freakin’ refreshing!

(sample, can) Hazy golden. No head. Salty, herbal, light sweet, light bitter. Light body. Dry finish. Ok but a bit weird.

Tap at Sibeeria Taproom. The rosemary spicing things up nicely, on par with the blood orange, which in turn is not overt. Med-full body, wheaty, med-high carbo. Med-high sweetness, med-light sourness. Actually tasty, but not very beery, actually feels rather pastryish. Goodish, not greatish.

Tap at Sibeeria Taproom. Hazy orange-golden body, off-white head. Some phenolic touches, bit minerally, sweetish aroma. Lean, dry, light, salty taste, pretty empty, light orange notes, bit bready, bit tart. Okay, drinkable, but I mean, goes a bit into the "why?!" category, but just a bit, refreshing somewhat at least
