West Coast IPA, 13°, 6% ABV
V této West Coast IPA jsme se opět snažili ještě vice zdůraznit atributy, jež má současná IPA v západním stylu mít. Pivo je hlavně o chmelu, nepříliš sladové, hluboce prokvašené, čiré, hořké a pitelné. Základ tvoří pouze plzeňský slad, čisté kvašení zajistily kvasnice California od White Labs. Pokud jde o chmel, sáhli jsme po westcoastových tutovkách, jimiž jsou Mosaic, Simcoe a Strata. Na pozadí výrazné čisté pryskyřičné hořkosti tak vystupuje aroma tropického ovoce, citrusů a jahod.

Can. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pines, zest, light malt. Taste starts bready malty, followed by mderate hoppoy bitterness with pines, zest, grapefruitys, light tropical fruits. Long hoppy bitter finish. Nice one.

Pours very pale with white head. Medium bitterness, hoppy. Classic west coast feel. Enjoyable. Keep on brewing these

On tap at the Sibeeria taproom. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. A bit grassy and oily on the nose. Flavour has dank oily hops, a bit grassy, some bitter pine. Pretty solid, though it seems like the hops are mostly fighting for the background.

Tap at Sibeeria Tap Room. Clear golden body, thick off-white head. Lovely resinous, peachy, bit citric aroma, somewhat herbal. Lean, dry taste, juicy, lemony, grapefruity, bit oniony, herbal, fairly bitter. Chuggable really and pretty on point in some ways. Lovely stuff!
