Crafted especially for Japan, this sparkling cider is made with Dabinett from the 2021 vintage, grown on the farm where we are based in Herefordshire. Known as the Cabernet Sauvignon of apples it takes time to ripen but has a wealth of sugars and tannins and glorious flavours of peach and clove spice.

This blend combines rich and perfumed Dabinett matured in cognac barrels with a fresh, bright component aged in stames steel. With a light sparkle from bottle conditioning, the result is a cider that is super juicy, fruity, complex and perfumed.

Naturally fermented, unpasteurised and unfiltered, you may see some harmless sediment since we have left in all the flavour and goodness. We hope you enjoy this most British of drinks!

750ml bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, hazed pale orangey gold colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, cognac barrel, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, orange juicy hint, cognac barrel, vanilla, with funky notes, and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, fine spikey carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
