Night Watchman is a dark, rich oat stout. Perfect for winter nights and the close of the year. Flavours of chocolate and caramel abound, with hints of nutty granola and oatmeal to compliment.
This year we are producing six, new, limited editions in can format. A change from the norm and a chance to play! Night Watchman is our sixth release and we're really pleased with it.

330ml can. Pours a clear mahogany with a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Mild aroma of roasted malt, caramel and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel, nuts and coffee in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Just ok. Could use more body.

Deadication beer to actor Dennis Waterman, who played a watchman of sorts in the hit television show 'Minder', he died on this day in 2022. Black-brown it's a nice smooth textured crisp stout, albeit with a very ordinary taste and light aroma.
