Poured light amber. Sour and acidic, peachy notes and some wood. Long finish, refreshing but quite intense.

TCBW2025. Reddish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is tart wood, some berries, mild grapes and some wooden tones. Flavour is berries, some floral, mild tart wooden and some funky dry elements to it. Nicely dry palate.

Red colour and small white head. Light berryish, funkyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Some tartness and red berries. Easy. TCBW 2025.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has moderate acetone, muffled earthiness, and a touch of bugs. Flavour is not well-calibrated, with vinegar, acetone, and wild bugs underneath. Too much acidity, not enough wild yeast complexity. Meh.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A clear reddish golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of red berries, strawberries, grapes. Taste of sour red berries, grapes, funk.
