Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: chocolate, chili / 8B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch: 258 (BB: 06.26) AROMA: medium roasted malt aroma with a medium-low chilli background. APPERANCE: very dark ambar color and clear. medium-low beige creamy head with average retention. TASTE: medium-low roasted malt flavor with a slight coffee character. medium-low bitterness with an almost dry and hot finish from chilli. TEXTURE: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a "dark lager" beer with average notes but where the chocolate is absent.
