Flowers in bloom, sun is out more than once a month, Spring is finally here, and we’re busting out another Catharina sour. We’ve had so many requests for another in the past few months, so we rushed out this slightly more cold-weather-oriented one. This softly sour Brazilian style sour is pumped full of fresh Blackberry puree, a zest of Yuzu and just a hint of raspberry for a fruit, full-bodied 7 citrus fruit explosion.

Vibrant, tart and easy drinking, we love making these sours and we’re glad people are now asking when the next will be released.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. Hazy peach coloured, small offwhite head. Peach and citrus aroma. Similar flavour, some vanilla perhaps.

44cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant red/pink, with no foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, berries, lime. Body is slightly thin, with moderate carbonation. Some astringency. Taste is medium sour. Final is average, still sour.

Нормальный саур, весьма кислый, фруктовый, цитрусовый по профилю, прям как будто лимон есть, но это вроде как юзу.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy bright pink with a small white head. Aroma is dry and fruity, with yuzu, dry berry zest, and some lacto. Flavour is similar, with dry berry, some odd spiced notes, and dry hay. Fruity, dry, and spiced finish. Decent.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A hazy pinkish red beer with a white head. Aroma of tart red berries, candies. Taste of red berries, cranberries, cherries, easy to drink.
