Made from the rehydrated pomace of Foxwhelp apples handpicked from an ancient orchard in Herefordshire’s beautiful Grey Valley this is a delicious lower alcohol alternative to our full strength ciders. Chill and serve as an aperitif or with lemony fish dishes or tomato based salads. Best drunk young and fresh.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Hazed pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple flesh, strawberry, caramel. Taste is tart, appley, core, zesty citric, strawberry hints, alittle caramel and with some acidity. Watery light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
