This fruit beer brings a ‘sherbet fizz’ to the palate in the form of raspberries. Sweet and sour flavours are balanced by tropical peach on the finish. A light, fresh and zingy beer!

On keg at Albert's Schenke.
Appearance - cloudy orange to red. Foamy white head.
Nose - funk, citrus and definite raspberry.
Taste - mainly raspberry, sour and funky.
Palate - light bodied, not that fruity before the persistent sour finish kicks in.
Overall - decent example though I'm getting past fruited sours.

This is beer number 8 for the evening for me - exactly 40 years ago today it was the number '19' topping the singles chart in the UK by Paul Hardcastle. A lower sourness sour beer with good raspberry in aroma and taste.
