Taking inspiration from the traditional mixed-ferm Berliner Weisse, this wheat beer was left unboiled, hopped with whole-cone Saaz, and fermented directly on the peach lees of a previous beer (Poïesis) before receiving a small addition of raspberries.
It's a fresh and fruity beer with a delicate acidity and a little funk to compliment all that !

Bottle Color: Pinkish red, light pinkish head. Aroma: Tart, fruity, subtle funky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, wellbalanced fruity mix of peach and raspberry. Just unde rmedium body, average carbonation. Subtle rural funk and hints of wood. Nice low-alcoholic fruity Berliner Weisse.
