Saison + Brett + Cascade, 5.8%
This beer is a tribute to the hoppy and bitter Saisons of Belgium and the North of France. It was brewed with a hefty charge of French-grown Cascade, and inoculated with brettanomyces during bottling. You can drink it young to enjoy its hoppiness and drinkability, or wait a few months to get more complexity and brett character out of it.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Light tartness, fruity citrus, Brett funk, hop. Taste: Stable and bit leathery Brett, subtle fruity lime and orange, orange zest. Light tartness. Nice amount of green hop, leading to a long lasting, bone-dry and bitter, bit spicy and funky finish. Starting moderate bitter, finishing over medium bitter.
Very nice hoppy Saison.
