Old Stock Ale + Islay B.A. + Grapes, 10.5%
The same beer with maceration of 200 g/L of red grapes for a few months after barrel-aging.
A powerful and complex beer, with a more subtle peatiness, strong notes of red fruit and port wine, some leather and funk and a delicate acidity.

Bottle from Le Soupir pack 2025. Color: Hazy orangish brown, thin off-white head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, some red fruit, vinuous notes, caramel, hints of peat and Brett funk. Taste: Complex mix of peat, caramel malt, red grapes, subtle leathery Brett funk, oak wood, red fruit, floral hop. And I feel like I'm doing the complexity of this beer no justice yet with this description. On the other hand, it's not an Old Ale like I tasted any time before. Moderate sweet, some vinuous tartness and moderate to over moderate bitterness. Nice complex one.
