Genius of the Crowd is our biggest and most ambitious barrel-aged blend ever! We've blended five different collabs into one super beer, in collaboration with our friends at Kasper Brew, Åben, Gamma and Flying Couch. Crack it open and enjoy an incredibly complex beer that's way out of the ordinary!

Malt: Carafa Special III, Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Cara Cafe, Chocolate Malt, Fuglsang 100EBC, roasted and smoked barley.

Hops: Northern Brewer.

Brewed with: Oats, Muscovado sugar, dark Belgian sugar, lactose, dextrose, coffee, cocoa nibs and vanilla.

Flavour: Chocolate, vanilla, whisky and red wine.

Yeast: 34/70, BRY-97.

Draught, 12.8%. Great vanilla aroma. Black colour. No head. The flavour is quite sweet with tar and vanilla notes. Creamy mouthfeel. Salty finish. Warming alcohol afterburn.

Draught @ the brewpub, Nordby. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt, barrel, and yeast, with touches of fruit. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee, hops, and vanilla, and touches of malt, yeast, and barrel. Barrellike and malty aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Yummy.

Bottle from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours opaque black with no head. Aroma is intense roasted malt, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, oak barrels, port wine, prunes, gravy, soy sauce, and salty liquorice. Taste is medium to very sweet, medium bitter, faint acidic, and light salty. Body is creamy with faint carbonation. Finish is long, intense and mostly sweet with notes of cream, vanilla, cocoa, dark chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, prunes, dark raisins, port wine, soy sauce, and liquorice. Very rice but still very well balanced.
