Tap at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 17th March 2026. Pours black and thin. Aroma is chocolate and a little vegetal, taste is chocolate, then lots of chilli and quite hot - maybe a little overdone

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie en LiekevdV. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier. Het heeft een aroma van peper. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en behoorlijk peperig.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Pretty big chipotle with roasted malt, notes of chocolate, cocoa, more chili peppers. Burning pepper with some alcohol, moderate sweet. Body could be a bit more full. That being said, a chili stout that doesn't hold back.
