We love to admire nature awakening after the winter slumber, especially cherry blossoms. In Japan, this tradition is known as hanami.
In our newest juicy sour ale, we wanted to capture all of this. Cherry puree and juice, along with a bit of yuzu and sencha tea infusion, will allow you to experience this fantastic phenomenon for a little longer.
