Created in collaboration with Fell Brewery and Our Farm, this limited-edition farmhouse pale ale has been made with meadowsweet grown at Our Farm.
A refreshing farmhouse pale ale, crafted to highlight the delicate, earthy sweetness of meadowsweet flowers, balanced by subtle vanilla notes. The farmhouse yeast enhances these flavours while delivering a clean, crisp finish. With a light body, bright carbonation, and refreshing character, it's the perfect beer for Spring and early Summer.

Deadication beer to Charles Bonnet, the Swiss botanist who would certainly be interested in the flower this beer is named after, he died on this day in 1793. Mildly hazy mild sourness beer, good farmhouse styling, bready and citrus.

Deep yellow to orange with a short head. Aroma of floral hop. Flavour is fruity herb, grain kernels, soft fruits on a grainy juicy finish.
