We're ready to introduce you guys to our next Braufrisch release, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Yakima Chief Hops!
This is Kraut, a German Pilsner featuring Yakima's new experimental hop HBC 1134. HBC 1134 is an American twist on the classic noble hop. It was bred specifically as a modern lager hop with noble flavor elements like; floral, woody and herbal notes, with and a hint of citrus. We're really exited to see how this hop works with a classic German Pilsner recipe!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7
On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Grassy hops, some pine on the nose. Flavour has dry pine, herbal grass. Not bad.

MBCC 2025, Red Session. A clear golden yellow beer. Aroma of dry grainy malt, straw. Taste of straw, grains, cereals, moderate spicy bitterness.
