Bottle @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Nearly clear red. Red berry and perfumy honey aroma. Sweet honey flavour, red berry acidity, mild vanilla. Great as usual.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a bright red. Nose has intense rum barrels, passionfruit, some currant, and light vanilla. Flavour is intense, with huge rum barrels dominating, followed by passionfruit, a little vanilla, and treacly honey. Massive rum character that dominates. Excellent albeit a bit too boozy.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours murky ruby. Bright red cherries and a touch of rum on the nose. Flavour has intense sweet red cherries, rum barrels, grainy honey. Fantastic.
