Inspired by traditional Central European styles, Perro Chico is a Vienna Lager meant for easy drinking.
The use of Lager, Munich, and Vienna malts, along with an extended kettle time intensifying the Maillard reactions, results in aromas of toasted bread and biscuit, without becoming overly sweet. Tettnanger hops contribute a subtle floral and spicy background.
