Poured from a 500 ml bottle, as Fischers Stiftungsbräu Dunkel, at a Chinese restaurant in Erding. Very dark brown colour, moderate off-white head. Nice aroma of bakery, dark münchener malts and caramel. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour has also notes of dark münchener malts and caramel, but is not too sweet. Minimal hops.
