Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Slightly hazy golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, a bit hayish, lightly bitter, a bit dusty. Average body and carbonation. Mwah.

Bottle @ Fonefan Summer Gathering. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light spicy and light yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 190817

Draught at EBF, 2/3/17.
Pale, flaxen-blonde body shows high clarity and a flimsy, white head atop.
The nose is....light grains, bare tartness (minimally tart) with a touch of white pepper, hints of lemon and lots of dough. Very difficult to coax much of anything out of this.
In the mouth it’s similarly very, very light, dry, grainy and with hints of lemon, orange, light pepper and a faint green hoppiness. More dough and dry wheat than anything. Clean though and with no alcohol noted.

[2/4/17] Draught/Bottle at Extreme Beer Fest in Boston. Deep golden. Fruity, yeast, spicy, sweetish, slightly tart.

300 ml. bottle sampled @ home. Obtained in a trade with Marlos. BBF 08/05/2015. Odd hazy apple golden, very big visible carbonation, huge very quickly collapsing paper-white head. Nose is heavily yeasty with an odd apple / aspirin fruit-like sweetness, carambola I suppose, quite a lot odd yeasty, doughy fruit,… too much in my opinion. Taste is overly yeasty & overly carbonated, obscuring the odd vitamin & dough tad vitamin bitter fruit taste, light citrus & vitamin bitterness in the back,…. Way too much carbonation, way too much yeast & vitamin-like flavours, seriously over-carbonated,… Feels a bit like a wasted opportunity,… Manageable ‘though.
