Made of fermented apple juice, but fermentation has obviously been stopped before any significant amount of alcohol has been formed. Deep golden to orange colour, pours moderately sparkling with a white head that actually lasts a while. Aroma of apples and herbs. Moderately sweet and pleasant flavour of apples, hints of herbs and honey.
