After sleeping in Willet Rye barrels for two years, our Irrefutable Logic stout base was ready for adjuncts!
Loads of almonds, mounds of coconut, and piles of cocoa nibs join this decadent barrel-aged stout. The almonds balance out the sweet coconut profile beautifully and the cocoa nibs match the rich base perfectly. Show Less

Tap @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Oily black, tiny tan head. Rich dark malty aroma, a little vanilla, coconut. Heavy sweet and bitter rich dark malty flavour, coconut, cocoa hints. Alc warmth. Very sippable and well balanced. Lovely!

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours black with a tiny beige head. Aroma has intense dark sugars, coconut, vanilla; and big bourbon barrels. Flavour is super coconuty, with intense dark sugars, toasted nuts, coconut, and a touch of bourbon. Intense and over-the-top but very tasty.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours dark brown. Almonds, vanilla, chocolate, bourbon on the nose. Flavour has marzipan, vanilla, chocolate, bourbon barrels on the nose. Great.
