On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose has plenty of musty grape skins and a touch of bugginess. Flavour has tannins, grape skins, and a touch of funk. Reasonably balanced, with a reasonable yeast expression. Alright.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours clear blonde. Old wood, mildew, leather on the nose. Flavour has tons of sour old wood, mildewy upholstery. Fantastic.

Pours clear pale golden with almost no head. Aroma: wild yeast, oak barrels and elderflower. Taste: elderflower and wild yeast.
