Tap at La Robe et la Mousse in Paris. Wood color a bit amber, off-white foam. Nose: just amazing. Speck ham, smoked meat, peat, raisins. Mouth: clean compared to the nose. You expect an heavy drink, you get an elegant one. Thin, sweet, peat, finish is decently bitter and a bit chilly. If the brewer tunes it, this beer is going to become a celebrity in France.
