On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Color pesca giallona, opalescente, schiuma bianca media persistente. Al naso sentori di frutta gialla, passionfruit, mango, lime, leggera cipolla. In bocca è ben bilanciata, attacco dolce con finale amaro pulito, secca, riminescenze di menta. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima.

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà in Rome-Italy with the brewer. Cloudy/juicy apricot skin pour, medium creamy head. Nose is an attack of hops, pretty much resin and hint of onions but also fruity in some ways. Really complex and quite attractive. Mouth: another masterpiece from this brewer, an amplified flavor of resin, onion, sweet and bitter notes. Round and extremely tasty.
