On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata opalescente, schiuma bianca abbondante. Al naso sentori di esteri (banana), frumento, erba tagliata, spezie. In bocca è dolciastra all’attacco, frullato di banana, abbastanza ben equilibrata. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima weisse, tra le migliori mai bevute fuori dalla Germania.

Gravity keg at Fass@Cask in Rome-Italy. Cloudy ancient golden color, creamy and frothy head. Nose: banana split, almond pastry and noble hops. Mouth: quite watery, soft carbonation, wheat notes and soft bitter/sweet finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
