A sweet cherry twist on our flagship vanilla porter. Like black forest gateau in beer form! This Rich and robust porter is a drinkable delight. Even if we do say so ourselves!

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep brown to black and mostly opaque. Thin off-white head.
Nose - cherry, cherrystone, marzipan and sweet chocolate.
Taste - sweet cherry, roasty chocolate and some dry roastiness.
Palate - light bodied, too thin really and a bit imbalanced.
Overall - not for me.

Cask at Chapel, Middlesbrough. Gluten Free. Black colour, khaki foam head and aroma of roast chocolate, coffee, cherry hints. Taste is sweetish, roasted, malty, with chocolate & coffee notes, vanilla, dark fruit, alittle tart cherry and some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasty bitter finish with light lingering cherry. Nicely drinkable
