Nous sommes particulièrement heureux de vous présenter Ursus Alkash, une collaboration très houblonnée brassée avec Inner Voice Brewing ! Nous avons brassée une intense Double IPA avec nos amis de la Géorgie ! Cette Double IPA met en vedette tout ce qu'on aime dans les bières houblonnées avec du partage d'idées, de concept et de techniques. Nous avons mis le paquet ici en ajoutant une quantité indécente de houblons pour en résulter une bière hyper saturée en saveurs houblonnées !

Aroma: dank, tropical fruits.
Taste: along the same lines with nice flowers notes.
Overall: quite unique and nice.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dry grainy hops and a dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some grainy dry notes and a dry finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Not as good as their typical NEIPA with some dry stale notes.

Can, shared at Juova, Helsinki.
Poured hazy orange in color. Crisp, juicy, tropical fruity hops. Sweet, but balanced. Enjoyable. Floral hops. Canned 14.05. No sign of age here yet.
