A: beautiful deep indigo & ruby - thin fast-dying head T: cedar - spontaneous fermentation - light vinegar P: complex - woodsie - elegant O: amzaing - great-for-style - worth aging more (i sadly only had the one bottle!) 65 cL bottle - Costco Wholesale: Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia - purchased: 13-September-2024 - bottled: 12-July-2019 - US$9,99 - sampled: 13 & 14 September 2024, exactly five years after purchase! Tap at brewery - sour House. Pours reddish brown. Aroma is almost strictly tart cherry. Flavor is tart cherry, including and specifically skin, light green grass/leaves. Juicy, definitely tart/sour juice, but juicy nonetheless. Good stuff.
