Inspired by the culinary traditions of the Himalayas, we sought to balance spice, citrus, tartness and salt. We arrived at a blend of fresh ginger, lemongrass and Himalayan pink salt which accomplished just that. When we added it to our kettle soured Gose, the result was a summer ale as a refreshing as it is complex. Enjoy with varied outdoor cuisine or after a mountain hike!
