The beer is a collab with our friends at Collective Arts, located in Toronto, Canada. Accept Crime is a Saison with a hint of ginger fermented on a blend of French & Belgian saison yeast. This yeast profile produced a highly aromatic beer with notes of citrus, peppery and spicy with limited earthiness, low phenols, and finishes dry with a slight tartness. Adding to this complexity is a hint of fresh ginger added in the secondary.

16 oz can poured into a tulip. Canned on 6/20/2017. Hazy straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, spice, ginger, citrus, grassy notes, light funk. Tastes of herbs, light funk, ginger, spice, citrus fruit and peel, grassy notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice saison.
