500ml bottle from Finger Lakes bevvy. Lowball glass @home. Opaque, dusty, iced tea. Smell is curiously oily, softly sweet, indeed like chestnuts & acidic apples. Tannic & apples, very smokey, sweet drawn out bourbon, hidden tartness, cherry pith, popsicle. Low tartness, concentrated flavor. Pretty much flat. Thin feel despite heavy flavor. Strong alcohol. Quite unique. Very good, but you won't want to douse yourself in it.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of apples, light oak, light peppery notes. Tastes of apples, oak, light yeast. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
