Sample at Daily Growler. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of yeast, herbal hops and mildly tart fruit. The finish is fruity with an earthy yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Pours gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Cracker and caramel aromas. Soft with funky bread and herbs front to back.

Draught. Arbitrary score 4/5 for Appearance, as nighttime conditions prevented correct assessment. Fruity nose, yeasty, but mildly so; bananester and pineapple(ester). Again those fruity-sweet esters, but with a dry grainy background. Even a touch from USA-hops. Light to medium bodied, quite slick, mineral water quality. Nice. Seems to miss a tad more body, but easily drinkable for sure.

Aroma: The nose is fairly sweet with wheaty flavors, spice, and a little banana
Appearance: It pours a cloudy orange color, slight haze, white head, and light lace
Flavor: The taste is fairly sweet too, somewhat wheaty and yeasty, with minimal hop presence
Palate: The body is fairly light and a touch watery, and it has a soda-like carbonation and mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This one is decent overall, but nothing special. It was not one of the better offerings I've had from Bear Republic, and I wouldn't run out for it again.
